We currently have an opportunity for a Care Coordinator to work in our branch in Barnet! It is a great opportunity for an individual looking for career development, and stability, and to develop in a professional context in this fast-growing care sector.
Job Responsibility:
• Responsible for the administration and coordination of care services.
• Ensuring operations and services run smoothly and efficiently by allocating suitable Care Workers to client calls.
• Ensuring Care Workers provide the quality of care that meets the standards determined by the company.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and building a good rapport with customers and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Effectively and confidentially managing data and information.
• Accurately maintaining client records.·
• Ensuring staff rosters are complete on the staff management system.
• Supporting Branch Manager and assisting with day-to-day running of the branch.
Requirements:
• Experience in Care is a MUST.
• A full UK Driving License and vehicle is ideal.
• Excellent communication skills; listening, verbal, and written.
• Great team player.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
