Care Home Deputy Manager

£44,000 - £46,000
As our Deputy Care Manager, you'll oversee administration tasks such as managing staff training, inductions, supporting the home manager for the selection, training and regular appraisal of all staff in the home and also to work in conjunction with the Home Manager to monitor CQC standards and ensure effective delivery of quality of care within the home and to liaise effectively with CQC inspectors.
You'll follow daily routines to ensure our care home meets CQC standards
Previous care management essential
You must be able to develop and keep up to date care plans which deliver a satisfactory quality of life for all Residents.
You will help maintain our high standards at all times
