Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager for a permanent position at a lovely care home set within its own grounds in Sleaford. The home boasts a good CQC report and has an excellent local reputation. As a part of a reputable provider, you will receive robust support from the organization to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home.
• Report directly to the regional manager.
• Market the care home and its services effectively.
• Ensure high standards of care are consistently met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a home manager in a care setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills.
