Care Home Manager – Redcar
Salary: £53,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Care Home Manager to join a well-established care home in Redcar.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a home with a strong local reputation, an established team and a positive CQC report.
The role includes:

Leading and supporting the care team

Ensuring high standards of person-centred care

Maintaining CQC and regulatory compliance

Building positive relationships with residents, families and professionals

Driving continuous improvement across the home
We are looking for someone with:

Previous Care Home Management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good knowledge of CQC requirements

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
