Bolton | Full-Time | £37,000 – £48,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are recruiting for a Residential Home Manager to join a lovely family-run care home in Bolton.

About the Role
As Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring residents receive consistently high standards of person-centred care.
You will:
- Lead, support and motivate the care team
- Maintain excellent standards of care and resident wellbeing
- Ensure compliance with CQC and relevant legislation
- Oversee care planning, safeguarding, medication and quality assurance
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families
- Support staff recruitment, training, supervision and development
- Monitor and improve standards across the home
- Work closely with the senior management team
- Promote a positive, caring and supportive culture
About You
We are looking for an experienced Residential Care Home Manager who has:
- Proven experience managing an elderly residential care home
- Strong knowledge and understanding of dementia care
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
- A good understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for person-centred care
- The ability to lead an established team in a supportive and approachable manner
- A nursing qualification would be beneficial but is not essential
