We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Home Manager / Registered Manager to lead a welcoming residential care home on the beautiful Isle of Wight. About the Role:
As the Care Home Manager / Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational and financial management of the home. You will ensure the home meets all regulatory and legislative requirements, while maintaining high standards of care, safety, and resident wellbeing.
This role is ideal for a Registered Manager or Care Home Manager who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about delivering outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of home management as the Care Home Manager / Registered Manager
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and Fundamental Standards
Lead and develop a committed care team to provide exceptional person-centred care
Manage budgets and resources effectively
Drive continuous improvement and maintain a positive, caring culture
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Care Home Manager / Registered Manager in a similar setting
Strong leadership skills and a hands-on, proactive approach
Good knowledge of care legislation and CQC requirements
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or willingness to complete)
