On behalf of a leading care provider, I am currently looking for a Care Home Manager to join one of their care homes within the Withington area- commutable from Stockport, Didsbury, Chorlton, Wythenshawe, etc.
Care Home Manager required to join care home / luxury residential home based in the Withington area. No expense has been spared to create a wonderful environment for elderly residents. It has fantastic facilities, furnishings etc. This is one of the very best care homes in the South Manchester Area.
Our client is looking to hire an experienced Care Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidate should have a proven track record of overseeing care homes with excellent resident care delivery and CQC reports. You should have an NVQ Level 5 qualification.
The care home / residential home offers dementia and residential care to older people including frail elderly & dementia services users and is currently operating to an excellent standard. You will oversee care planning and ensure that the home operates as successfully as possible.
The successful Care Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
·Experienced care home manager
·Proven track record of successful care home management
·Proven success in the care home sector
·Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
·Dynamic & Enthusiastic
·NVQ Level 5
Duties will include:
·Overall responsibility of the care home-Care plans/reviews/meetings
·Budget management for the home
·Focus on person centred care
·Support staff when required
