On behalf of a leading care provider I am currently looking for a Care Home Manager to join one of their care homes within the Poole, Dorset area - commutable from Christchurch, Poole, Bournemouth, Ringwood, South Dorset etc.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fantastic care home as a home manager of a luxury service. To be considered for this registered home manager / care home manager role you should have previous management experience within the elderly care sector and you must have managed luxury homes. Home manager candidates must have managed homes rated as GOOD or OUTSTANDING in CQC reports. Any experience of developing homes or leading turnaround projects would be advantageous. Ideally care home manager candidates will have worked in luxury care homes previously.

The registered home manager / care home manager job role:
• Manage the day to day running of the home.
• Oversee the delivery of high calibre nursing care
• Provide staff management, support and development.
• Ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care.
• Turnaround and develop a care home
• Renovate the home and ensure the home attracts new residents
Person specification of the nursing home manager / care home manager:
• Strong care home management experience
• Knowledge of elderly care.
• Knowledge of high end luxury care
