Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 per annum + 20% Annual Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits

We are recruiting for an exceptional Nursing Home Manager to lead a flagship nursing home for a respected corporate care provider. The Role
As Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational and commercial success of the service, ensuring exceptional standards of person-centred care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and team engagement.
Working alongside an experienced clinical leadership team, you will focus on maintaining quality, supporting staff development, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care.
About You
- Experienced Nursing Home Manager with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care.
- An active NMC Nursing PIN is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and occupancy.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care and creating a positive culture for residents and colleagues.
- A confident, visible leader who values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
