About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Care Home Sales Manager to drive occupancy within a high-quality residential care home in Milton Keynes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional with experience in care home sales, property sales, retirement living, estate agency, new homes, healthcare sales or consultative sales.
You will be responsible for converting enquiries into admissions, building relationships with families and healthcare professionals, and helping prospective residents find the right care solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy and achieve sales targets.
- Convert enquiries into permanent and respite admissions.
- Conduct care home tours with prospective residents and families.
- Build relationships with Local Authorities, hospitals, discharge teams, GP surgeries and healthcare professionals.
- Develop local referral networks.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Follow up enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Work closely with the Home Manager to achieve occupancy goals.
- Represent the home within the local community and at networking events.
