Your Role:
•Assist the Home Manager in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and compliant home.
•Support children to thrive through tailored care and support plans.
•Lead and inspire the Staff Team, promoting best practices in care.
•Contribute to staff recruitment, training, and professional development.
•Serve as a mentor and role model, upholding high standards of care and ethics.
What We're Looking For:
•Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
•Commitment to achieving a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (if not already held).
•At least two years of experience in social care, with proven team leadership skills.
•A strong understanding of legislation and Ofsted requirements.
•A flexible, dedicated professional who goes the extra mile for children and teams alike.
