Successful Applicant:
• You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior / team leader position within a residential childcare setting.
• Hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management Diploma or be actively working towards completing this.
• Hold a minimum Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) or equivalent.
• Experience in leading and supervising a team within a Residential Child Care setting.
• Full UK Manual Driving License
