This provider is looking for a passionate and child-focused Registered Manager to lead the launch of their brand-new residential home in Doncaster. This is a unique opportunity to build your own team from the ground up and help shape the environment and culture of the home from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- As Registered Manager, you’ll be at the helm of an exciting new service, driving excellence in care from day one. You’ll:
- Establish and lead a brand-new residential children’s home
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a talented care team
- Promote a culture of ambition, empathy, and safeguarding
- Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and the wider community
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and deliver positive outcomes for children
Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Person Specification:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete within 2 years)
- Proven management experience in a children’s residential setting
- A strong understanding of Ofsted standards and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for safeguarding and child-centred care
- The ability to work collaboratively with external professionals and agencies
