Registered Children’s Home Manager – Two Bed EBD Home
Location: Ellesmere Port, Wirral
Salary: up to £70,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Candidate Requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent / working towards)
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within children’s residential care
Strong understanding of Ofsted inspection frameworks and regulatory compliance
Proven ability to manage safeguarding, staffing, and operational standards
Commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centred care
Previous experience with Clear Care Solutions (preferred)
