Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + performance bonuses
Homes: Two brand-new 2-bed EBD children’s homes

About You
We are looking for a confident, resilient, and values-driven leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people.
You will ideally have:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People’s Services) or working towards
- Proven experience managing an Ofsted-registered children’s home
- Strong understanding of EBD, trauma-informed care, and complex needs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and high-quality care standards
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- A child-centred approach with a genuine passion for making a difference
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Dual Children’s Home Manager to lead two newly established residential homes for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is a rare opportunity to shape and develop services from the ground up, embedding a strong culture of safeguarding, therapeutic care, and outstanding practice from day one.
You will be joining a supportive senior leadership team with clear pathways for progression and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day operational management of two residential children’s homes
- Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards
- Recruiting, leading, supervising, and developing staff teams across both homes
- Creating a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children and young people
- Overseeing care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding practice
- Managing budgets, staffing rotas, and operational resources effectively
- Driving a positive, child-centred culture focused on progress and outcomes
- Working collaboratively with external professionals and partner agencies
- Preparing for and leading Ofsted inspections
