Children's Home Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
Location: Keighley (1-bed occupied home)
This provider is seeking a passionate and experienced Children's Home Manager to lead a small service that supports children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours. Key Responsibilities:
•Establish and manage a new children's home.
•Lead, inspire, and develop a cohesive staff team.
•Set and monitor performance goals and objectives.
•Build positive relationships with young people and their families.
•Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for all residents.
Candidate Requirements:
•A minimum of two years' experience supervising staff.
•At least two years' experience in residential childcare, ideally as a Deputy Manager.
•Qualifications:
•Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
•Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
•A valid driving license.
•Experience working with children who exhibit challenging behaviours.
•A flexible approach to scheduling, with the ability to cover shifts when required.
