Position: Dual Registered Children's Home Manager - 2 Bed LD Home

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Children's Home Manager to oversee our 2 bed learning disability (LD) home in West Bromwich. This role requires a candidate with a proven track record of achieving excellent OFSTED ratings and a passion for driving continuous improvement
.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the 2 bed LD home.
• Ensure compliance with OFSTED standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for each child.
• Lead and motivate a dedicated team of care professionals.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for both children and staff.
• Maintain effective communication with families, stakeholders, and external agencies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Dual registration as a Children's Home Manager.
• Proven track record of achieving great OFSTED ratings.
• Experience managing a children's home, preferably with a focus on learning disabilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
