Salary: up to £70,000 p.a. with bonus scheme

Successful Candidate

• Level 5 NVQ in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or working towards this qualification.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a children's residential home setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth understanding of EBD and therapeutic approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the residential care team, promoting a positive and nurturing environment for children.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, focusing on emotional and behavioral development.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and organizational policies.
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and external stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring financial sustainability.
• Lead and support staff development, including training and performance management.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on children's progress and home operations.
