Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

What We're Looking For
- An experienced Registered Home Manager with a proven track record in children's residential care
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
- Experience supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
- Ideally, experience successfully managing the Ofsted registration process for a children's home
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- A confident leader who can recruit, develop and inspire high-performing teams
- Passionate about creating safe, nurturing and therapeutic environments for young people
- Proven ability to drive outstanding standards of care, safeguarding and compliance
- Experience building positive relationships with local authorities, professionals and other stakeholders
- Organised and resilient, with the ability to lead a service through registration, growth and future Ofsted inspections
- Committed to achieving exceptional outcomes for children and young people
