My client, who are a reputable care organisation, are looking for an experienced nurse Deputy Manager for one of the nursing homes they have in East London. As the Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager and together will be responsible for the day to day running of the home. You will lead a team of carers to provide the best standard of care to the residents, and will be a focal point of call for the care team. It is important that the chosen candidate has strong communication skills.
The service itself, is a large nursing home based in East Ham, and specialises in elderly and dementia care. The service is currently rated as Requires Improvement, it will be an important aspect of the chosen candidates job description to ensure these ratings are improved.
Candidate requirements:
- Registered Nurse
- Elderly and dementia specialist
- Good CQC background
- Strong leader
- Good communication skills
