One of my clients, who are a fastly growing care organisation, are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager for one of the nursing homes they have in Surbiton.
As the Deputy Manager you will be responsible for providing the best standard of care for the residents, inline with the company policy. You will report directly to the Home Manager, and will help lead a team of nurses and carers and will be a focal point of call. It is essential that the chosen candidate has good communication and leadership skills.
The nursing home itself, is a large service with around 75 residents, and specialises in elderly and dementia care.
