Job title: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Hayes
Salary: £44,000 - £46,000
We are seeking a Clinical/Deputy Manager to join our team at our medium sized nursing Home in Uxbridge . The ideal candidate will have a passion for care and possess strong leadership skills to support the smooth operation of the facility as well as having a valid NMC Pin.
Duties
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations within the care home
Supervise staff members and ensure adherence to care plans and guidelines
Assist in developing and implementing care plans for residents
Collaborate with the Manager to maintain high standards of care delivery
Provide support and guidance to nursing and care staff Dealing with staff rotas, assisting with recruitment and onboarding Ensure team has relevant skills and training
Skills/Qualifications
- Clinically qualified with a valid NMC Pin Number Experience in clinical care managing or supervising in a care home or nursing home setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Knowledge of senior care practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
