Position: Clinical Lead
Location: Between Lancing and Shoreham by Sea
Home Size: Medium-sized Nursing Home
Hourly Rate: £25 per hour

My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join their well-established nursing home located between Lancing and Shoreham by Sea. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for delivering high-quality clinical care in a supportive and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the clinical care of all residents, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
Provide leadership and support to the nursing team, offering mentorship and guidance to develop clinical skills.
Lead on assessments, care planning, and clinical audits.
Ensure the delivery of person-centered care, particularly for residents with dementia.
Monitor and manage clinical performance, driving improvements in care quality.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the home and that all care standards are met.
Essential Requirements:
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
In-depth dementia knowledge and experience working with residents with dementia.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to lead and support a team.
Ideally, you will already be an established Clinical Lead or a Senior Nurse looking to step into a leadership role.
Previous experience working in a nursing home setting is essential.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Passion for delivering high-quality care to residents.
