Deputy Manager / Deputy Nursing Home Manager / Clinical Lead required to join prestigious care home provider. You will work as a Clinical Manager / Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead of a nursing home based in the Bournemouth area commutable from Ferndown, Poole, Christchurch, Ringwood etc. You will work in a leading nursing home and provide high calibre care to elderly residents.
Our client is keen to hire an experienced Clinical Lead / Clinical Manager / Senior Nurse to work as a Deputy Manager within a fully compliant nursing home. Candidates must be Nurse qualified and candidates must have managerial experience within an elderly care setting.
You will manage teams of Nurses and Carers and you will ensure care is delivered to the very highest of standards. You will manage all clinical operations within the home and support the Care Home Manager to ensure high levels of care are delivered at all times. You will care for dementia sufferers in a specially designed environment.

The successful Deputy Manager / Deputy Nursing Home Manager will have the following skills and experience:
-Nurse qualification essential RGN / RMN
-Experience managing within an elderly care home
-Experience gained working as a Deputy Care Home Manager / Deputy Manager / Nurse Manager / Senior Nurse / Nurse
