We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in Newark. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional to take the lead in delivering outstanding resident care within a supportive and welcoming environment. Salary available up to £50,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs.
• Monitor and evaluate resident progress, updating care plans where required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and clinical best practices.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote resident wellbeing.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and clinical support to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC registration.
• Previous experience in a clinical leadership role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of patient care standards and clinical practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
