One of my clients, who are a small reputable independent care organisation, are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead who can help lead a team of nurses to provide the best quality of care for the residents. Also, you will be a focal point of call for a number of staff members, and so it is important that the chosen candidate has good people, communication and mangement skills.
The Nursing Home itself, is an 80 bedded service specialising in elderly and dementia care. The home is situated in Surbiton and has good access to public transport. Inside the home, you'll find spacious living areas, en suite facilities in all bedrooms, and a dining area where residents can enjoy the meals prepared each day.
Candidate requirements:
- Registered Nurse (essential)
- NVQ L3
- Elderly and dementia specialist
- Good communication and leadership skills
