Nursing Home Clinical Trainer required to join highly regarded independent care provider to oversee clinical training across circa 7 care homes.
As Clinical Trainer you will conduct clinical / nurse training across nursing homes / care homes in the south of England. You will deliver training to care assistants and nurses. You will deliver clinical training and you will teach employees to deliver clinical care to residents. You will deliver training in venepuncture and catheterisation and other clinical / nursing activities. You will teach employees on wound care, clinical care and elderly care nursing related activities.
Clinical trainer candidates should be experienced trainers and should have a background in nursing care / nursing homes. You should have thorough knowledge of the elderly care sector and you should be able to teach employee in relevant nursing skills. You will produce documentation and deliver training to staff. Clinical Trainer's should be nurse qualified or have a background in nursing.
You will travel to different care homes to deliver clinical training and ensure care is of a high standard.
Clinical candidates should have worked as a trainer / nurse training manager / clinical trainer / training manager previously and have extensive experience gained working within the elderly care / nursing home / care home sector.
