Position: Clinical Trainer
Location: Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire
Salary: £55k
I am recruiting for a Clinical Trainer for a brilliant high end luxury provider in and around the Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire area.
As a Clinical Trainer you must be willing to travel to all of the providers Care Homes which will include travelling further down south.
Roles and responsibilities as a Clinical Trainer:
• As a Clinical Trainer you have the responsibility to support and train the staff within the homes to ensure that they are delivering the highest quality of care to each resident.
• Ensuring all the training given meets the compliance and quality standards
• Give ongoing support and guidance
As a Clinical Trainer you must:
• Come from a nursing home or clinical background
• Up to date clinical skills
• Strong clinical skills
• Full UK Driver's License
• Willing to travel
• Training experience
• RGN qualification
