This is a full-time role
Purosearch are currently hiring a Unit Manager for our HDU. The ideal candidate must have an ability to demonstrate the excellent management and leadership skills. Should have good working knowledge of care work and national minimum care standards. Should have a Registered Nurse qualification.
The candidate should have the ability to work flexibly as required by the company which may include emergency shift cover during the nights and weekends.
Responsible for leading the nursing team and liaising with external agencies / professionals, where required, to ensure that the quality of professional nursing care is delivered to a high standard.
This role reports to the Deputy Manager.
