Commissioning Nursing Home Manager
Salary: £55,000 - 65,000
Location: Huddersfield
Hours: Full Time

You will have the opportunity to open a brand new specialist service in Huddersfield which will support adults with complex mental health conditions, dementia, neuro-disabilities and physical disabilities.

Essential criteria
• Qualified Nurse with current PIN
• Commissioning experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible with the ability to build relationships and engage and motivate individuals and teams
• Team player who gets hands on' when required
• Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively
• Resilient and able to cope under pressure
• Tenacious drive to ensure projects succeed
• Ability to recognise and develop additional opportunities for the service and the people using it
• Ability to develop and promote positive working relationships with professional colleagues
• Self-motivated and keen to learn.
