Are you a Senior Carer looking for the next step in your career? Are you A Deputy Manager in a care home environment looking to join a leading care provider in the Westwood area of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
A highly reputable care provider is looking for an exceptional Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager at their medium sized residential home.
This role is full time on a rota basis including on call with a mix of on the floor & supernumerary time.

To be successful you will be/have:
• NVQ Level 4 Health & Social Care or willing to work towards
• Experience within a care home setting at a senior level
• Excellent care planning & CQC knowledge
• A passion for person centred care
• Respectful of people's values whilst promoting good care practices
