Deputy Manager
Monday - Friday - 40 hours
£13.44 per/hour

Are you an experienced deputy manager looking for a new challenge at a new home? Or looking for a great role with great progression?
I am currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager's role in the South Yorkshire area, looking for someone with great care experience and a caring and compassionate manner, ideally 2+ years experience as Deputy Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home
- Provide care and support to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Administer medications to residents according to prescribed guidelines
- Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the Manager
- Assist in developing and implementing care plans for residents
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for residents
- Train and supervise care staff to ensure high-quality care is provided

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a care home or healthcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines for residential care facilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
