Salary: £30,000 - 33,650
Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional weekends
Qualifications: Level 3 in Social Care

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Care Manager in the daily management of the residential home
- Ensure high-quality care and support for all residents
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Supervise and support care staff, providing training and guidance
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Social Care
- Experience in a residential home for the elderly
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
