The role involves supporting the Children's Home Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality care, and implementing personalized care plans. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, liaising with external agencies, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in social care, and experience working with children with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
