Salary: £32,000
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager for a permanent position in a residential care home in Chesterfield. The ideal candidate will have experience working in residential homes and possess an NVQ Level 3 qualification. You should have expertise in elderly care and dementia, with the ability to support the Home Manager effectively. A strong understanding of CQC regulations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and write comprehensive care plans
- Conduct staff supervisions and facilitate team meetings
- Provide support to the Home Manager in daily operations
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Experience in elderly and dementia care
- Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
- Ability to update and maintain care plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
