Our client is looking for an experienced Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to help support the running of a 35 bed service in Worthing providing elderly and dementia clinical care. The Registered Manager is looking for a registered nurse with leadership experience or a non nurse deputy who has experience of working in a nursing home.
As the Deputy Nurse Manager you will oversee clinical compliance, medication management, change in care plans, development of clinical care, support the registered manager and oversee staff training.
Ideally the Home Manager is looking for a Deputy Manager with 3 years of leadership experience, background in assessments, auditing, rotas, staff management and supporting the Registered Manager.
