Job Title: Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager – Nursing Home
Location: Near Hythe, Kent
Salary: Up to £24 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (mix of clinical and supernumerary hours)

My client is currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager to join their well-established nursing home located near Hythe in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team where your contribution is genuinely valued.
Key Requirements:
You must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
Previous experience working in a nursing home setting is essential.
Ideally, you will already be working as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager, or be a Senior Nurse ready to step into a leadership role.
A strong understanding of person-centred care, clinical compliance, and team leadership is crucial.
Role Overview:
Full-time position – 40 hours per week.
A balanced mix of on-the-floor clinical support and supernumerary management time.
You will help lead and support the nursing and care teams, oversee care planning and delivery, and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
