Position: Deputy Manager – Nursing Home
Location: Near Godalming, Surrey
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time – mix of supernumerary and on-the-floor shifts

My client is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager (RGN) to join their well-established and highly regarded nursing home near Godalming, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in a home known for its high standards of care and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
Provide strong clinical leadership and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
Support and develop the nursing and care teams
Work a balanced mix of supernumerary hours and on-the-floor duties
Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin
Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a nursing home setting, or as a Clinical Lead ready for a step up
Strong leadership and communication skills
A passion for delivering outstanding care
