Position: Deputy Manager
Location: Faversham, Kent
Salary: Up to £39,000
My client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Manager to join their dedicated team at a well-established care home near Faversham, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of the residents and support the continued success of the home.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and support to a dedicated team of care staff.
Ensure high standards of care and compliance with CQC guidelines.
Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home.
Lead by example in promoting person-centered care and maintaining a positive environment for both residents and staff.
Work collaboratively with families, external agencies, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Deputy Management within a care home environment or extensive experience as a Team Leader.
A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Dementia care experience is essential.
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and how to implement and maintain high-quality standards.
Excellent team player with strong leadership skills.
A passion for providing the highest standard of care in a professional and caring environment.
Hours and Salary:
Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
Starting salary: £39,000 per annum, with opportunities for career development and progression.
