A highly reputable charity care provider is looking for an experienced Senior carer or Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager at their small residential home located in the Inverness area.
This role is part time, 24 hours per week and is a FTC of 1 year initially.

To be successful you will be/have:
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care
• Experience within a care home setting
• Excellent care planning & CI knowledge
• A passion for person centred care
• Respectful of people's values whilst promoting good care practices & Christian values
About the home you will be helping to manage:
• Circa 30 beds
• Residential care home
• Caters for the elderly & those living with dementia
• Highly rated with CI
• Highly reputable home & company
