Position: Deputy Manager
Location: Close to Polegate, Sussex
Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
I am looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join a residential home near Polegate. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or a strong Senior Care Worker ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Home Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of care.
Support and mentor staff to foster a positive and effective working environment.
Help develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in deputy management or a strong senior role within a care home setting.
A genuine passion for providing exceptional care to residents.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
