Salary: £50,000 – 60,000
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to lead a highly regarded care home rated as GOOD. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supporting the elderly with dementia, as well as proven experience in leading a team and line managing nurses and senior staff. Passion for dementia and care is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee and support the nursing team and the manager fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Utilize electronic care packages to maintain accurate and effective care plans.
- Collaborate with a supportive management structure to continually improve care practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- RGN or RMN with current
- Extensive experience in elderly/dementia care.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in team management.
- Proficient in using electronic care management systems.
