This is a fantastic role for any Domiciliary Care Manager who has sound domiciliary experience & commissioning experience. With a background in Complex Care needs, my client specialises in supporting people with profound physical disabilities and associated needs. My client is seeking an enthusiastic individual who has several years' experience of managing a Domiciliary Care service to manage their new domiciliary care service & respite care service.
The role of Domiciliary Care Manager will involve:
• Ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to all clients.
• Recruiting and managing the care coordinators
• Engaging and building relationships with customers such as NHS and care homes
• Make sure the care service is cooperating with CQC regulations.
Experience for the role of Domiciliary Care Manager:
• Experienced Domiciliary Support Manager
• Experienced in starting up a new project
• Worked with people with complex needs
• The ability to organise, coach and lead staff effectively.
• Be energetic and highly motivated.
