Are you a passionate and experienced leader in children’s residential care? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for an exceptional Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager to oversee two of our high-quality, nurturing children’s homes, delivering outstanding care and helping young people achieve brighter futures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of two Ofsted-registered children's homes
• Lead and inspire teams to deliver person-centred care
• Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement and development across both homes
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and ensure robust safeguarding practices
• Build strong relationships with young people, staff, families, and external professionals

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy with dual site or senior leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations, 2015 and Quality Standards
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong safeguarding, compliance, and quality assurance experience
• Passionate, resilient, and committed to making a difference
