One of my clients, a reputable care organisation, are looking for an experienced manager for two of the services they provide in North London. The Registered Manager will be responsible for the overall day to day management of the services and will play an essential role in managing the staff to provide the best standard of care for the residents. The manager will work closely with the deputy manager and will be a focal point of call for staff members. The chosen candidate should have good communication and leadership skills.
The services offer support for adults with learning disabilities. My client has a hard working and dedicated staff team with varied levels of experience, and are trained to the highest possible standards. The service is currently rated as Good, and it will be an essential part of the chosen candidates job description to maintain these high standards.
