Are you an experienced Registered Manager who is actively looking for a new opportunity?
One of the UK's largest care organisations are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who specialises in elderly and dementia care.
My client are looking for a strong manager who has good cummincation and leadership skills. The company have a domicilliary care service based across the UK however this will be overseeing the South of London. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all these services. The Care Homes currently have a poor CQC rating and it is an essential aspect of the chosen candidates job description to improve these ratings.
The chosen candidate requirements:
- Elderly and Dementia specialist
- Strong CQC background
- Good leadership skills
- NVQ L5
