We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Home Manager to oversee the operations of a care home in Barnsley. The ideal candidate will possess strong home management skills, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care that meets CQC standards. As part of a small and friendly provider, the Home Manager will play a key role in fostering excellent relationships with residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and achieve positive inspection outcomes
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, and staff
- Provide effective leadership and people management to the care team
- Promote a culture of excellent communication and teamwork
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in home management with a track record of good CQC reports
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent people management abilities
