I am working with a brilliant and very highly rated elderly/ dementia care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Care Home Manager / Home Manager for their small sized Dementia home / care home in Clitheroe. I am looking for an experienced Home Manager / Residential Manager / Care Home Manager to manage a beautiful, high standard home.
The care home / residential home offers dementia and residential care to older people including frail elderly & dementia services users and is currently operating to an excellent standard
Our client is looking for a keen deputy who is looking to step into a more senior role and is willing to learn and develop further within the sector

-Candidates should be an experienced care home manager/ or deputy manager role
-Strong care home management skills and communication skills
-Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting.
-Strong CQC knowledge
-Big focus on person centred care
-Experience of managing compliant care homes
-Dementia and elderly experience
