I am working with a wonderful and very highly rated elderly care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Home Manager / Care Home Manager for their medium sized Dementia home / care home in Chester. I am looking for an experienced Home Manager / Residential Manager / Care Home Manager to manage a beautiful, historic home.
The care home / residential home offers dementia and residential care to older people including frail elderly & dementia services users and is currently operating to an excellent standard
The service requires a hands-on manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Care home manager / home manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of dementia and elderly care.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a premier care provider that are regarded as one of the best care providers in the UK.
-Candidates should be an experienced care home manager.
-Strong care home management skills.
-Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting.
-Commercially aware and possess strong sales & marketing skills.
-Strong CQC knowledge
-RGN PIN but not essential
-Experience of managing compliant care homes
-Dementia experience
