I have a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable charity at their residential home located in the Colinton area of Edinburgh.
The home is rated at 4's across the board & is looking for an experienced manager to take the home to the dizzy heights of 5's & 6's.
About you:
• Experienced registered manager within a care home setting
• SVQ Level 7 leadership & Mgmt or an NMC PIN or HNC Social Services
• Excellent communication skills & fantastic care knowledge
• Knowledgeable on CI/SSSC
• Open, honest & passionate about care
The home:
• Circa 40 beds
• Rated at 4's with CI
• Great occupancy & long term staff
• Set up to improve grades to 5's & 6's
• Excellent senior management team, experienced & supportive
